These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company CHILLHOUSE, a limited company with capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris RCS under number B 322 372 878, whose head office is located at the address 1 boulevard de Magenta in Paris (75 002), hereinafter referred to as “CHILLHOUSE” and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the chillhouse.com website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.

These conditions are aimed at a consumer who has full legal capacity, aged at least 18 years, or if he is a minor, he guarantees that he has parental authorization to place his order.

These general conditions are presented in French.

PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Chillhouse and the Customer as well as the conditions applicable to any order placed through the site chillhousedoguniverse.com.

Validation of an order implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Chillhouse.

Chillhouse reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED GOODS

The items offered for sale are those which appear in our catalog published on our site chillhouse.com. Each product is accompanied by a description and a photograph.

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible and are within the contractual scope. However, we inform the Customer that they cannot ensure perfect similarity. The colors of the articles may not correspond to the actual colors due to the effect of the internet browser, the screen, or even the high-tech medium used.

PRICE

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices including all taxes, in euros, and taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products. CHILLHOUSE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs.

ORDER

The Customer who wishes to purchase an item must:

complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details or give his Customer number if he has one; complete the online order form giving all the references of the chosen items; validate your order after checking it; make payment under the stipulated conditions; confirm your order and payment. Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. ChillHouse will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order. ChillHouse reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of improper returns. In the event of a delay in delivery or unavailability of the item ordered, ChillHouse will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible and propose a new date and/or, where applicable, a similar item available.

Shipping cost:

Delivery costs are free for any order of an amount greater than or equal to 79 euros including tax for deliveries in mainland France and the Benelux. Below that, they amount to 7.95 euros including tax in mainland France and the Benelux.

For orders abroad, delivery costs are free from an amount greater than or equal to 250 euros including tax. Otherwise, they are calculated automatically when you create your basket.

Delivery tracking:

The Customer can track their order directly on the website of our service providers using a tracking number communicated by email as soon as the package is sent by ChillHouse.

PLEASE NOTE: For all Colissimo orders without signature, in the event of loss or theft, ChillHouse will not be held responsible, and no compensation will be possible.
